Stargrip

The Stargrip is a modular wrist-mounted gauntlet issued to all Stellar Industries personnel, including security officers, engineers, administrators, and researchers. Designed for versatility, the device supports specialized chips that extend its core functionality, granting enhanced access, operational tools, and field-control capabilities. Each chip is identified by a distinct neon emblem and is keyed to a specific role or clearance level within the company.

Available Chips

• Voltage Chip
  Allows the Stargrip to store and discharge controlled electrical currents, useful for powering equipment, stunning hostiles, or activating security systems. Symbol: A neon green lightning bolt.
• Security Chip
  Provides personnel with advanced monitoring access and mid-level clearance to restricted zones. Standard issue for security forces and high-ranking engineers. Symbol: A neon blue security camera icon.
• Elitist Chip
  An advanced variant of the Security Chip, reserved for elite security members. Grants priority override authority across containment and armament sectors, and permits deployment of lethal countermeasures in emergencies. Symbol: A neon red security camera with a single eye on its lens.
• Hunt Chip
  Specifically engineered for containment operatives, this chip grants the ability to stun rogue experiments and hostile subjects with precision, aiding in live capture and re-containment operations. Symbol: A neon orange lion emblem.
• Omni Chip
  The rarest and most powerful of all modules, the Omni Chip grants universal access across the entire facility, including executive networks, hidden research divisions, and secured archives. It is entrusted only to individuals at the highest echelons of authority. Symbol: A construction helmet worn by a circular figure, marked by a sinister red sheen along the left side of its face.
• Space-Time Chip
  A one-of-a-kind experimental module, the Space-Time Chip enables short-term manipulation of localized temporal flow. Its creation required breakthroughs in chronal mechanics and quantum stabilization, rendering its replication virtually impossible. Known to cause dangerous anomalies if improperly handled, it remains under tight surveillance. Symbol: A neon purple clock.
• Calibration Chip
  The Calibration Chip is a specialized module used to reset and stabilize experiment control systems when compromised. Unlike other chips, it actively restores baseline conditions by sending synchronized correction pulses. To function, it must be fueled with Anti-Current, a rare reagent that clears corrupted signals and disperses hostile control attempts. Symbol: A neon white tuning fork, representing harmony and realignment.

Stellar Mask
The Stellar Mask is standard-issue protective gear designed for personnel working in or near the Vapour Production Zone. Equipped with advanced filtration units, the mask is capable of converting toxic vapors directly into breathable oxygen. This ensures sustained safety for operatives during extended exposure to hazardous environments.

However, the mask’s side containers store residual by-products — unstable gases that could not be fully converted. These gases are highly volatile and can prove lethal if the containment seals are compromised. Extreme caution is required during use, and all masks must undergo daily integrity checks to ensure operational stability.

Note: Only certified security, engineers, and researchers may be issued a Stellar Mask. Mishandling the containment modules is grounds for immediate disciplinary action.
