All anomalous manifestations, containment failures, behavioral deviations, and experimental irregularities fall under IIR jurisdiction. Upon detection, assets are identified, affected zones are isolated, and resolution protocols are executed without delay.

IIR maintains full authority during breach events and may override standard operational command to preserve structural and informational integrity.
